The Ministry of Justice reported on Wednesday that a total of 150 real estate transactions took place this week, amounting to KD 151 million ($498 million).
According the ministry’s official website, 95 of those deals were private real estate transactions between June 22nd-30th, valued at KD 39 million (roughly $128.7 million).
The second largest were investment real estate transactions, sealing 48 deals totaling KD 54 million ($178 million). Commercial real estate transactions reached KD 52 million (about $171.6 million).
Coastal line property contracts totaled KD 4 million (approximately $13.2 million), while the remained amounted to roughly KD 2 million ($6.6 million).
The capital district held the most private real estate transactions at 22 properties, followed by Al-Ahmadi with 20, then Hawally with 19 deals.
